Since WordPress now offers a much better user interface for managing menus, I changed my plugin to suit and removed much of the unnecessary code, utilising the WordPress code instead. This made it significantly easier to work with and I had a chance to make the code a bit better as well.
The plugin still accepts much the same arguments, and still offers widgets, but now using a much simplified interface. The CSS that Stu Nicholl offered still works but his browser hacks are no longer supported as WordPress does not generate the required code. I am currently looking for a replacement. Still, at least it’s usable with the current setup. Just don’t upgrade if you want the original browser hacks.
I screwed up and need some quick help. A client is presenting his product at a convention tomorrow (Saturday) so I went into his site to prepare the site for additional traffic. I upgraded to v4.
Unfortunately, the menu fell apart, and can’t figure out how to get it back to the way it was. I tried reviewing the documentation and can’t figure out what changed.
Can you take a look?

I have been used your dropdown menu for a while now and it have been working find. But whit the new version 4 it doesn’t work so good any more. Can I get the old version back?

If you want to downgrade to version 3 use this link: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wordpress-css-drop-down-menu.3.0.9.zip
This will allow you to go back to the way it was. Unfortunately I cannot support legacy code any more as I provide this service for free, and so things have to change. 3.0.9 was the last version of version 3, and should be adequate to your needs.

I just upgraded and now I no longer have a ‘Home’ button in the navigation. I can’t figure out how to get it back.
Jim: The new version of the menu uses the WordPress Menu system. Use the Home button provided under Appearance > Menus
